The location was nice because it was just off Sweetwater. It also was in the middle of jackson. The rooms in the hotel were brand-new.

Everything was great, had a fantastic stay on a road trip. My a double room was brand-new with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. Private bathroom was large. The location was marvellous in the middle of jackson and the staff here was very helpful.

The staff members were really good, especially the friendly front desk lady who gave me a tour of the facilities upon check-in. The laundry room was well-maintained and convenient, perfect for families on the go. The air conditioning in the room worked well was great. I also appreciated the kitchenette, easy to save on meals during our trip.

Couple looking for comfort
It was a timely stop! The kitchenette was a real life-saver, we brought food and made ourselves a nice dinner. The staff was super friendly, a breath of fresh air after a long day!
It wasn't exactly cheap but the experience was still acceptable.

The internet password was not available in the room. I faced a problem with payment at check-in, and the staff seemed unprepared to handle it. This led to a frustrating start to my stay that was not resolved until the next morning.
